Meet the Coach

Marwan Amin

Marwan's passion for football started in his hometown of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he joined the Pro powerhouse, Al-Ittihad FC.

After moving to Australia, he continued his football career as a semi-professional player in NPL for 15 years. Following his retirement, Marwan started Ath-Elite Fitness with the goal of rehabilitating and developing committed athletes. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Marwan is dedicated to assisting athletes on their return to sport journeys after injuries. Currently, he serves as the Head of Athletic Performance at NPL Mens powerhouse- Sydney United 58 for the First team and Youth Academy, and has previously held this role at The Future Matildas U20 & U23, St George City FA, Hills United FC, Mounties Wanderers FC & Gladesville Ryde Magic.

Marwan holds certifications in Level 1 & 2 Strength & Conditioning ASCA and FFA C-License.

At Ath-Elite Fitness, our sprint training program aims to optimise you for speed. This program focuses on improving our athletes ability to sprint powerfully, efficiently and effectively with sound technique. Sessions are based on power, pure speed, repetitive speed, speed strength, speed endurance and lactic tolerance training.
